Shipping & Returns
All products are made to order to ensure you receive the freshest ingredients possible. After payment is received, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We will always contact you if there will be a delay. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, if packages are returned customers are responsible for any reshipment cost. If packages are lost/stolen due to the carrier leaving your package in the mailbox NO REFUNDS will be given. Please arrange for someone to retrieve your package for you.
Due to the nature of the products during the summer months please make sure products are not left outside in the heat for long hours. NO REFUNDS will be given for products ruined by being left outside in the heat.
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss refund options. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
