What are the shipping conditions?

Orders that are redirected from the original address are subject to additional USPS shipping fees*

How long will delivery of my order take?

Items are made hand made in small batches, domestic orders are processed within 5 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 1-3 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.

What if I placed my orders during a sale & promotion?

Please allow up to two weeks for processing and shipping if you made a order during a holiday event, flash sale, discounted items and Black Friday.

Do you offer International shipping?

Please send us an email regarding all international shipping cost and deliveries.

How often do you ship?

We ship every day of the week excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

How can I track my purchase?

Domestic/USA - Delivery tracking confirmation number will be emailed International – Delivery tracking/Customs declaration control number will be emailed.

Can I ship my order to an address other than the one provided with the order?

We will only ship to the address indicated on the order.

Do you offer discounts for multiple item shipping?

Yes we do.

How do I pay for my purchase?

Use a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

If you have already registered with PayPal and have an account with them, then you may use it to make purchases through this store. However, you do not need to have a PayPal account to buy from this store; you have the option to pay using credit or debit card when you go through the checkout process.

How do I use PayPal Checkout?

Make sure your address matches the current address within your order. Items will be mailed to the address listed on PayPal. 

Can I pay with a gift certificate?

No. We do not offer gift certificates at this time.

Do you accept money orders?

No, we do not. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and PayPal. Additionally, payments can be processed by linking your bank account with PayPal.

How secure is your site/store?

Our store includes a 128 bit SSL certificate that is used by the store's shopping cart. The hosting and software is level 1 PCI compliant through Shopify.
